End-of-Season Banquet

Monday, July 13 | 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM

We'll kick things off with team awards at 5:30 PM in the Pavilion, followed by dinner and a pool party!

If your family plans to attend and is not listed above, please RSVP through the Meets & Events tab by tonight so we can finalize food counts. RSVP HERE. If you do not register, we cannot guarantee food for your athlete. 

A couple of reminders:

• Food will be provided for all swim and dive team members.
• Families are welcome to attend; however, parents and siblings will be responsible for purchasing/bringing their own food.
• The THSRC snack bar will be open throughout the event.
• If you're able to contribute desserts or drinks, please check the Job Sign-Up for available donation opportunities. We don't have anyone signed up to bring drinks. 
• The pool will be closed exclusively for our team during the banquet, so come ready to swim, celebrate, and enjoy a fun night together!
• If you haven't completed the End-of-Season Survey yet, please take a few minutes to do so. Your feedback is incredibly helpful as I begin planning for the 2027 swim season and look for ways to continue improving the program.
• I’m still collecting donations for a little extra thank you for our coaches. If you’d like to contribute, there’s still time. My Venmo is @jenbross (last digits 9917).
