Hello Everyone!
I hope you and your athletes are excited for Finals tonight! It’s sure to be a fun and memorable evening. Don’t forget to wear your purple and show your Torpedo pride!
A huge THANK YOU to the swimmers helping us fill relay spots tonight. Your participation guarantees us at least 18 team points, which is a tremendous boost for the team!
Finals Information
- Deck Opens: 4:00 PM
- Turpin Hills Warm-Ups: 5:10–5:30 PM
- Meet Starts: 5:45 PM
- Estimated End Time: 9:30 PM
Thank You, Volunteers! We truly could not do this without you. Many of you have gone well above and beyond your required volunteer points, and your time and dedication have made this season possible.
We will have two blue team tents set up for swimmers to stay out of the sun. Families are also welcome to bring their own tents—there is plenty of room in the team area.
Important Finals Reminders
- If your swimmer has qualified for Finals or is assigned to a relay, they are expected to attend and swim. Every point counts!
- Our seniors, Chase Grisi and Brandon Dershak, will be recognized before the meet along with the other league seniors. This is always a special and well-deserved moment.
- Cash Only for admission and concessions.
- Under 6: Free
- Ages 6–15 and 60+: $2
- Ages 16–59: $5
- Clerk of Course is mandatory for ALL swimmers tonight. Officials will not hesitate to replace absent swimmers with alternates if they do not report to Clerk of Course on time.
- Parking will be limited, so we strongly encourage carpooling.
- We’ll wrap up the evening with the always-entertaining Coaches Relay before team awards are presented. You won’t want to miss it!
Safe Sport Reminder
One final—and very important—reminder: parents, grandparents, and spectators are not permitted on the pool deck at any time during the meet. In addition, no video recording or photography is allowed behind the block end of the pool. These policies are in place to protect our swimmers and comply with USA Swimming Safe Sport guidelines.
