Welcome to the 2026 dive season!  We are looking forward to a great summer on the diving board.  Our goals are to have fun, meet new friends, be safe, and learn some new dives along the way.  

The dive season runs from the end of May to mid-July.  Practices will be Monday through Friday with 5 weekly dive meets on Thursdays.  The season ends with The Seven Hills Dive League Championships.  

Our coaches and divers are important to our success, but so are our parent volunteers.  Dive volunteers are a huge part of the dive experience and we hope to get many parent volunteers to join in on the fun this summer!
